Don't Worry About It~

Charlie Chaplin once said, "Nothing is permanent in this wicked world,  not even our troubles."

Worrying and Stressing are basic parts of everyone's life.  Yeah there are those people that don't seem to be stressing about things--but they probably are.

We all have days that are going to be harder than most.  For me, the past few days have been terrible.  Work has been killing me with the drama that has been going on and there is this boy that I really like that I have been going on dates with.  Talk about stress and worry.

But in the long run---it doesn't matter.  All this stress and worry is probably for nothing.  Yes it seems important and everything now...but in the long run---what happens, happens.  Your worry and stress isn't going to change the future in any way.

I often tell myself everyday: "BREATHE."  Just take a step back and breathe for a second, then go back to work.  Breathing can help reduce your stress and worry.  So before you start worrying yourself into a bad migraine and tummy ache (as I did last night) take a step back and breathe.  Because worrying and stressing isn't going to help at all.
